mixed feelings about space themed hotel
convenient locationslow check-infreezing pool
the location proved convenient with nearby restaurants and malls easily accessible.
my check-in took longer than expected and the staff member i encountered was not particularly cute. the miniature toiletries provided in the room were insufficient. plus, the pool water was freezing making it difficult to enjoy the water facilities fully. i was also charged extra for a bedsheet for the sofa bed.

I appreciated the modern amenities and comfortable lodging. The manager was accommodating when my daughter needed to return to Bangkok for medical reasons. The manager accepted our early departure and provided a refund for the days we did not stay. I am grateful for their flexibility and kindness.
I found the miniature toiletries insufficient for my family. The hotel should provide larger toiletries. I think a 5-star hotel should do better on this issue.

The rooms are spotlessly clean and quite spacious with very comfortable beds. The bathrooms are also spacious and well-kept. The rooms include automatic air conditioning shut off once you open the balcony window for fresh air.

The location is very convenient with restaurants and shopping malls within walking distance. A 7-Eleven store is also nearby for quick needs. It is about 15 minutes walk to the nearest mall or you can take a public tuk-tuk.

The staff is courteous and helpful. They are supportive . The reception area always has many employees available to assist. The staff constantly checks on your situation and shows genuine care and concern.

i found the water park offered considerable fun. the rooftop restaurant provided nice views. but the space theme resonated well throughout the premises. i noticed the staff are helpful, a detail that enhanced my stay.
the walk to the nearby shopping mall took a few minutes.

i found the waterpark fun, with clean and inviting pools. breakfast was a good experience with diverse options. the staff were attentive. the sunsets from the room offered a amazing view, a perfect ending to each day.
i noticed the hotel does not serve alcohol inside the hotel. guests are allowed to bring their own bottles if desired.
